  • Hi i'm David. In 2021 i was feeling at the top of the world with a flourishing business and someone i care about deeply...but suddenly things went all wrong and it plunged me into my deepest crisis. My health suffered and my business too. Eventually after trying multiple ways to recover i discovered the magic of ice baths. After sharing it with my friends i decided to start Warrior Plunge which is now the fastest growing Ice bath community in SEA. Something that i am deeply passionate about.

How do I maintain the water quality in the tub?

The system includes a 0.5-micron PP filter and a stainless steel water filter to keep the water clean and free from contaminants like bacteria, mold, and viruses.

Is the inflatable tub durable?

Yes, the inflatable tub is made of double-stitched double-layer PVC fabric, ensuring it is sturdy and durable for regular use.

Is it user-friendly for beginners?

Yes! The entire system integrates easily into your daily routine and is portable for setup wherever you prefer to plunge. Beginners should start with shorter sessions (3-5 minutes) and gradually increase as their body adapts to cold therapy.

I’m new to ice plunging. Is that a problem?

Not at all! We host weekly events specifically for beginners to learn about ice plunging. You’ll get guidance on how to plunge safely and understand the personal benefits of this practice.
