The Traditional Sauna uses dry heat (volcanic rocks + electric heater, 65–90 °C) and is a permanent installation. The Portable Steam Sauna uses wet steam (40–65 °C) and is a fold-away unit. Dry heat is more intense and more consistent; wet steam is more accessible and portable.
The 4.5 kW Harvia eVega can run from a standard 220–240 V supply. Larger configurations or hardwired installations may require an electrician — the Warrior Plunge team assesses this during the free installation visit.
Yes. Hemlock handles humidity well. The outdoor configuration is finished for weather resistance. Annual timber oiling is recommended.
