Warrior Sauna

Four ways to heat — from a one-person cabin to a room built around your space. Delivered and installed across Malaysia.

Indoor

Fits where you already live

Every cabin installs indoors or in protected outdoor space, and we deliver and set it up across Malaysia.

Outdoor

Or out by the water

Cedar shell, tempered glass, built to stand outdoors in Malaysian weather. Outdoor installation adds RM2,000.

65–90°C · Harvia heater

Cedar, stone and real heat

A Harvia heater brings the cabin to 90°C and holds it there. Two-tier benches, integrated lighting, and room to actually finish the session.

20 minutes inside

Put a thermal camera on someone in a sauna and you can watch the body work. Step through one session: what changes, when it changes, and what the research says about keeping the habit for years.

Minutes 0–5 · Skin

The surface flushes first

Heat reaches your skin before anything else. To shed it, the blood vessels just under the surface widen and more of your blood is sent outward — that is the flush you see.

With those vessels open, blood pressure eases. In a controlled trial, 30 minutes at 73°C lowered systolic pressure by 16 mmHg and diastolic by 5 mmHg on average.

−16 mmHg average drop in systolic pressure

Minutes 5–10 · Heart

Your heart picks up the pace

As your core warms, your heart pumps harder to carry heat out to the skin. Heart rate can reach 120–150 bpm in a sauna — the load of low- to moderate-intensity exercise on your circulation, without any active muscle work.

In the 30-minute trial, heart rate climbed steadily to an average of 131 bpm.

120–150 bpm during a session

Minutes 10–15 · Sweat

Cooling by sweat

Sweat is how your body fights back. An average sauna session produces around 0.5 kg of sweat, and as it evaporates it carries heat away from your skin.

That is water you need to put back: drink before and after, and step out if you feel light-headed.

≈0.5 kg sweat in an average session

Minutes 15–30 · Cells

Heat-shock proteins switch on

Once your core temperature rises, cells respond by producing heat-shock proteins, which help other proteins hold their shape and recover from stress. Exercise triggers the same response.

After 30 minutes at 73°C, blood levels of the heat-shock protein HSP72 rose by 49% on average, with core temperature up 0.8°C.

Step out · Cool-down

Then cool down

Leave the heat, cool off and let your heart rate and temperature settle. A cold shower or a plunge is the traditional Finnish way to finish — which is why Warrior builds both.

Skip the alcohol: drinking during sauna use raises the risk of low blood pressure, irregular heartbeat and sudden death. People with unstable angina, a recent heart attack or severe aortic stenosis should not use a sauna.

After training · Muscles

Why athletes add it to training

In a small crossover study, six competitive runners sat in a sauna for about 30 minutes straight after training, around 13 times over three weeks. Their run time to exhaustion improved by 32% compared with the same training without the sauna.

The researchers linked the gain to a 7.1% rise in blood plasma volume. Six runners is a small sample, so treat it as a promising result rather than a guarantee.

Over 20 years · The long run

What regular sessions are linked to

The Kuopio study in Finland followed 2,315 men aged 42–60 for a median of 20.7 years. Compared with once a week, men who used a sauna 4–7 times a week had a 63% lower risk of sudden cardiac death and a 66% lower risk of dementia. A later analysis that included women found a similar link with cardiovascular deaths.

These are associations from observational studies, not proof that the sauna caused the difference.

4–7× a week, the most-studied habit

01 / 07

Most of this research used traditional Finnish saunas at around 80°C; infrared saunas run cooler and have been studied less. This is general information, not medical advice — if you have a heart condition, low blood pressure or are pregnant, check with your doctor before using a sauna.

    Which sauna should I choose?

Infrared warms the body directly at a lower temperature, so you can stay in longer. Finnish runs 65–90°C over a Harvia heater and volcanic stones for traditional dry heat and löyly. Hybrid does both in one cabin. Steam is a portable cabin at 40–65°C from a 1,500 W generator.

    Can I install it outdoors?

Yes. Every cabin is available for indoor or protected outdoor installation. Outdoor installation adds RM2,000.

    Do you deliver and install?

Yes, across Malaysia, by our own team.

    What warranty do I get?

Two years on every cabin. Heating-panel cover can be extended by a further two years for RM2,000.

    How much do they cost?

From RM1,980 for the Steam Sauna up to RM25,800 for the Hybrid Pro. Every price is listed on the product page.

Can I see one before I buy?

Yes — visit a showroom and sit in one first.
